LexiOrbit public offer

This document is a public offer within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Payment for the Contractor’s services constitutes full and unconditional acceptance (acceptance) of these terms. For consumers in Russia, the Russian-language version at /about/offer/ may be used as the primary wording.

1. Parties and definitions

Contractor — Индивидуальный предприниматель Агарков Павел Викторович, INN 771602459693, OGRNIP 318774600376310.

Customer (User) — a capable individual accepting the offer, including a parent or legal guardian paying for a child’s access.

Service / LexiOrbit — software and website providing access to game-based educational content.

Service (paid) — granting access to paid educational features, missions, or account top-ups as shown at checkout.

2. Subject

The Contractor provides access to educational digital content in the scope selected on the payment page or in the product interface; the Customer pays the price indicated before the charge is made.

3. Acceptance

Acceptance is the successful completion of the payment flow offered on the Service. The agreement is deemed concluded when the payment is confirmed by the acquiring bank.

Use of the Service is also governed by the User Agreement; personal data processing — the Personal Data Processing Policy.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in Russian rubles unless another currency is explicitly offered at checkout. Card payments are processed via internet acquiring provided by АО «ТБанк» (INN 7710140679, OGRN 1027739642281), under Central Bank of Russia licence № 2673.

The Contractor applies the simplified taxation system under Chapter 26.2 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation (tax base — “доходы”) and is not a value-added tax (VAT) payer, except where the Contractor acts as a VAT tax agent as required by law. Prices are shown exclusive of VAT; VAT is not added to the Contractor’s prices.

5. Refunds

Refund requests are handled in accordance with applicable Russian consumer-protection law for distance contracts and digital content, where such law applies to the transaction.
